        ALAN DONENFELD

        • Alan Donenfeld is the founder and CEO of CityVest – an investment club targeting real estate private equity funds – primarily multifamily funds. The funds have a total over $5 billion in total capitalization and returns over a 20% net IRR. 
        • Alan has spent over 40 years focused on investing in, advising and financing real estate and companies.         RYAN GIBSON

        • Ryan Gibson is the Chief Investment Officer and the Co-Founder of SIG. He has organized over $30M of private equity for Spartan’s projects.
