  • Ed has over 20 years of commercial construction and development experience.

  • Ana Ramos serves as Managing Director and Regional Production Head for Walker & Dunlop’s small balance multifamily lending group.

DREW WAHLGREN

  • Mr. Wahlgren’s focus is primarily to secure debt as well as equity investments for property acquisitions.  
  • Drew joined MAG Capital Partners in 2019 after 8 successful years as a risk analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
  • He holds a BS in Finance from California State University at Hayward.

CARL WHITAKER

  • Carl Whitaker is a Director of Research & Analysis for RealPage, Inc., where he blends in his passions for geography, economics, and teaching to foster a practical, applied understanding of apartment trends and forecast expectations. 
  • Prior to joining RealPage, Carl worked as a consultant with Catalyst Commercial – an economic consulting firm based in Dallas.

GARY LIPSKY

  • Gary Lipsky is a real estate entrepreneur who has a focus on Multifamily Syndication and currently has $102MM AUM. He is the President of Break of Day Capital, whose mission is to positively impact the lives of their investors and the communities in which they invest through the highest level of transparency and fiduciary responsibility.
  • Gary is the host of the Real Estate Asset Management Podcast, where he speaks with various experts in the real estate industry to help educate asset managers. Gary also is the best-selling author of Best In Class, and founder of the Asset Management Summit. 
  • As a successful entrepreneur, Gary has built several companies, co-produced 3 independent films and started a non-profit. This experience provided a great foundation for his multifamily career. 

NICOLE BACOT

  • Nicole Bacot is an IRA Specialist at Quest Trust Company. She started her Quest Trust Company journey in November of 2020 and has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Quest Trust Company has been an amazing company to come back to the financial services industry after taking a brief leave for her children.  
  • As an IRA Specialist, Nicole hosts our weekly classes and has moved on to teach some herself. Hosting the virtual Happy Hours and public speaking have become favorite things she likes to do for Quest Trust. Her role also allows her broad education and experience give amazing customer service and will continue to grow in her role here at Quest Trust Company. 

TAREK MOUSSA

  • Tarek has a Finance Degree from the University of Texas and has worked at multiple firms including BlackRock, StateFarm, KPMG, management consulting firms, as well as built businesses of his own. 
  • ​With his background, he has a unique grasp on both business fundamentals as well as innovative technology. Tarek has helped both Fortune 500 companies, as well as mid-size firms and start-ups across many industries such as oil & gas, healthcare, technology, banking, and more. 
  • ​Tarek focuses on optimizing processes and combines fundamental principles of business with the human elements of psychology to build teams and businesses that are able to constantly move forward and exceed goals.

MICHAEL LE

  • Michael Le is a commercial real estate developer and investor who lives in Houston, TX. He has transacted on over $140M in multifamily deals and has helped investors place $37M in equity capital.  
  • ​He is developing a 300 unit 4-story Class-A midrise apartment complex that began vertical construction in October 2021. 
  • ​Previously, he owned an IT consulting company with Fortune 500 customers in the Oil & Gas and Financial verticals. 

DAVID DAVIDENKO

  • Viacheslav (David) Davidenko is a serial entrepreneur and management professional with a stellar career history of achievement with founding, leading, and investing in a diverse portfolio of successful businesses. 
  • He has made a successful transition to real estate with a focus on multi-family investments. He owned more than 7,000 units in 35 properties, including 12 as a General Partner. Out of those 12 properties as a GP 8 are full cycle, with the best performer generating 42% IRR for passive investors. Together with partners David raised more than $100m in equity from private investors. 

PATRICK GRIMES

  • Patrick has fifteen years of experience in active real estate investment: purchasing distressed assets, renovating, and stabilizing for long term cashflow. His portfolio includes controlling ownership over 3101 units in the emerging markets across Texas and the South Eastern United States.
  • In addition to his real estate experience, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of the Pacific, and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Engineering from San Jose State University. He has spent 15 years in corporate America working for machine design firms to concept, design, and build one-of-a-kind custom manufacturing automation and robotic systems.
